This is the Official Rust Clan of the Falcon Gaming Community!


The Falcon Gaming Community has set their eyes on RUST and we hope to start recruiting new players for our clan ingame and into the community as a whole! Our clan is currently the oldest clan on the Rustafied Servers.

There is a few criteria you will have to meet before applying to join the clan.

• You need to be at least 18 years old (We recommend you have at least 1000+ hours on rust before applying)
• You need to be an active rust player.
• You need to be mature.
• You need to be motivated to work as a member of our team and not as an individual.
• You need to be capable of support yourself if forced into a solo situation.
• You need to have a sound understanding of game mechanics.
• You need to have an audible microphone and Discord.
• You need to have a working smartphone.
• You need to be willing to get along with other members of the clan.

So you guys might be wondering what this clan will hope to achieve, here is a list!

1. To build a flexible team of like minded individuals!
2. To ensure everyone has Fun!
3. To teach skills that can be applied in other games.

In addition to the server rules (http://www.rustafied.com/server) you must abide by the rules listed below.
Follow The Rules, breaking them will result in penalization of the violator.

• Respect Clan Members.
• Do not attack or steal from clan members.
• Excessive racism is not allowed.
• Do not annoy other clan members.
• Respect another clan members rights.
• Report any violators to a clan leader.
• Obey orders given by clan members of higher rank or respectfully deny if beyond reason.
• Take it easy, we are here to have fun!
• Excessive spamming and swearing is not allowed.
• Goofing around needs to be controlled.
• Assist teammates in need.
• Do not teach players not In the clan, clan exclusive tactics.
• You are encouraged not team up with players who are not in our clan, why? Because you don’t know who you can trust, however if at all choose wisely.
• Do not abuse power and represent the clan with dignity!
• Keep global chat in game to a minimum.
• Do not take gear out by yourself. Generally only do so under the supervision of specialist + with a group.
• Do not sleep outside or have your feet/arms sticking out of a wall when you log off.
• Do not have a ton of stuff on your body before you log off. Put it away.
• Do not dick around when we have important objectives to complete to secure the base.
• Do not say codes to doors in voice chat.
• Do not make your own base in the compound or codelocked chests - No exceptions
• Do not let players inside our compound unless told otherwise by a leader.
• Do not go on raids without a specialist or higher.
• Think twice about the resources being used. Use all resources wisely.
• You must communicate frequently on our group chats.
• Always let the building be done at the discretion of the highest ranking member online. If it is the mainbase or anything very important and nobody specialist or higher is online save the resources until someone comes online. Building may be done by any ranking member if approved by a leader.

The members of the clan can be categorized by their level of authority and control over clan members and clan affairs. All members are encouraged to respect and obey superiors. Dedicated and disciplined members will be identified and given more authority by promotions over time.

Commander - The Leader(s), they have absolute power and they coordinate everything from recruitment, building the base to raids.

Senior Officer - Same role as Officer but more senior in terms of decision making.

Officer - The players that report to the Commander(s) and make sure every other member receives instructions. They are given the authority to make decisions on behalf of the Commander. They may also be involved in recruitment and clan management.

Captain - The most trusted and skilled players in the clan, capable of holding their own weight including that of their subordinates.

Specialist - Skilled, trusted and devoted members of the clan that make up the "core" team. Often handpicked by Captains to take part in special operations that have been initiated by Officers or Commanders.

Private - Members of this rank are officially made a part of the clan and have more access within the clan than recruits.

Recruit - The default rank for ordinary members, they are not encouraged to make decisions independently on behalf of the clan and should work towards proving their worth in the clan.

Why do we need to maintain standards?
The Falcon Clan is a Branch of the Falcon Gaming Community. The Falcon Gaming Community is a collection of players that play multiple games and within each game we create our own Clan/Faction/Team/Guild in order to preserve and expand the overall reputation and popularity of our community a whole.
Does this mean that if I stop playing RUST and play another game I will still be representing the community?
Yes, and if you’re lucky we might already have a dedicated team in the new game you decide to play so you will always feel like a member of the community!
If not we might even make you a team leader for that game if the demand for a dedicated team in the game increases!

Wouldn't mind giving running with a clan a go. But normally only play wipe night and the weekend - nights due to having a child and a full time job.

I'm 26, from Ireland. Only have 450 hours on Rust, but have 2k hours on games like DayZ and don't mind going to ctags 2v1 to prove I can hold my own.

I'd regularly play modded and snowball with 1 other guy, so it's more or less 450 hours of PvP.

I'm a Senior Software Engineer so I can provide more than Rust skills to the group.
